Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheuBot (the “Service”), including our website, dashboard, household assistant, and related features. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
TheuBot is a personal and household assistant that can help with chat, reminders, scheduling, and connected tools (such as email, calendar, drive, and other optional connectors). Features available to you depend on your plan, household settings, and which connectors you enable.
2. Accounts and households
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Households are organized as Organizations: one shared plan and assistant, with separate logins for adult members. You are responsible for activity under your account and for household members you invite.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian’s involvement as part of a household they manage.
3. Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Clerk Billing with Stripe). Soft monthly turn limits and connector slot limits apply as described on the pricing and billing pages. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for renewals.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
- Misuse connectors or third-party services linked through TheuBot
- Upload or transmit malware, or content you do not have rights to use
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as allowed by your plan
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service or other users.
5. Your content and connectors
You retain ownership of content you provide (messages, files, vault notes, and data from connectors you authorize). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your household.
When you connect third-party accounts (for example Google, Microsoft, X, or Tesla), you authorize TheuBot to access those services as needed for the features you enable, subject to those providers’ terms.
6. AI-generated output
TheuBot uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing important actions (including messages sent, purchases, or device commands) before relying on them. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties for authentication, billing, hosting, models, and connectors. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through your TheuBot account or the support channels published on our website.
